The Mishimoto performance aluminum radiator for the 2005-2010 Chevrolet Cobalt SS is the ideal upgrade to the stock Cobalt radiator. The last thing you want is to be limited by the factory size unit during a hot day to the strip or when you're stuck in traffic.

Mishimoto engineers know that, and their design reflects this by utilizing an all aluminum design to increase cooling efficiency. With brushed aluminum end tanks and a signature Mishimoto magnetic drain plug, the Mishimoto Cobalt SS radiator looks as good as it performs!

This radiator is DIRECT FIT on the following vehicles with manual transmissions:

2005-2010 Chevrolet Cobalt 2.0/2.2/2.4
2003-2007 Saturn Ion
2007-2009 Pontiac G5

In order to use this radiator on an automatic transmission equipped vehicle you'll need to install a separate automatic transmission cooler.

How much better does it cool compared to the factory cobalt ss/tc radiator?

  Improvements in cooling are seen due to the all aluminum construction, and larger end tanks. (The factory radiator uses plastic end tanks which do not dissipate heat well and are prone to cracking)

Does it work with a 2010 cobalt LT 2.2L sedan with automatic transmission and A/C ?

  It could possibly work, but it seems this has only been tested on manual transmission cars, so fitment on automatics is not known now. A lot of automatic cars have built in transmission coolers on the radiators, and most likely you could use this radiator, but would need to run an extra transmission cooler (these run about $30-$60).
