If you own an AEM Short Ram Intake System and you want a cold air intake system for maximum power, this is what you need!

The cold air extension kit comes with a template and instructions to convert your short ram. Its fairly easy to do, you simply cut your short ram tubing by about 2 inches, and then use the supplied couplers and hardware to complete the rest of the cold air.

After everything is installed, no one will ever know you started off with a short ram! Plus, you'll be pulling in air from inside the bumper instead of the engine bay for maximum power!

AEM has discontinued this part, the AEM short ram extension is available in red only, we only have a few left!

would this extension kit void the AEM short ram intakes California's smog compliancy?

  (This only applies to people living in California) The AEM short ram has its own CARB sticker on it, so with this extension installed you'd tell the CARB inspector that the sticker he sees is for the whole intake.

Is there anyway to get it in the blue to match the other part of the intake or does aem not even carry it?

  As of 3/29/17 blue is discontinued and only polished and red are available.

If I have the AEM short ram intake, and I purchase this cold air extension kit, can I use this setup with the AGP uppipe for blow off valve use?

  The AEM short ram by itself will not work with the AGP uppipe for blow off valve installation kit. However, if you have a short ram and purchase this extension you'll turn your short ram into a cold air kit that will definitely work with the AGP Uppipe.
