We carry JE Forged Pistons for the 03-05 Neon SRT-4 & 01-10 PT Cruiser. These pistons may also be used for other 2.4L applications, such 2.4L swapped 95-99 Neons.
Available Compression Ratios
- 8.0:1 (Stock Neon SRT-4 Compression)
- 8.5:1 (0.5 Higher for Faster Turbo Spool Up)
- 10.5:1 (High Compression for Non-Turbo 2.4L Applications. May also be used for turbo applications specifically tuned for E85.)
- 12.5:1 (High Compression for Non-Turbo 2.4L Applications)
JE Pistons are typically available in standard bore and 0.020 overbore. Other sizes, such as 0.040 overbore may be available for special order (allow 4-6 weeks). Wrist pins and locks are included, but JE Piston Rings are sold separately.

- Dome / Dish feature smooth flowing radii for excellent flame travel.
- 0.866 x 2.250 straight wall carbon steel wrist pin provided.
- Pin fitting and spiro locks included
Please note: the 8.0 compression pistons look identical to the factory Neon SRT-4 pistons with the big ski ramp design. The 8.5:1, 10.5:1, 12.5:1 compression have a dished design like shown in the photos of the pistons above.
