If you have plans to make 350-440 horsepower with your 03-05 SRT-4, your going to need a good fuel system and larger injectors.

This package that we have made, combines two of our most popular fuel components, the Deatschwerks 750CC/1000cc injectors, and the AGP Fuel Line Return kit, and saves you $30!

Information on the AGP Fuel Line Return Kit:

  • AGP Return Line Kit for SRT-4 Introducing the only aftermarket fuel return setup that regulates the fuel pressure BEFORE the fuel rail. What does this mean? Now it doesn't matter if you have a fuel rail with a schrader valve, nor do you need a custom fuel rail. Every stock fuel rail will work with this fuel return setup!

We start off at the heart of the kit with the industry's finest 1:1 adjustable fuel pressure regulator from Aeromotive. Connect the regulator to your stock fuel feed line with our custom CNC machined billet aluminum quick disconnect fittings.

Run the supplied braided stainless steel hose back to the filler line at the tank. All necessary fittings, hose, fuel pressure gauge, regulator bracket, nuts, bolts, and hose clamps are included to make this a complete fuel return kit. We also include a billet aluminum sleeve to block off the factory regulator in the stock fuel filter.

For those whom do not understand how a Fuel Pressure Regulator works, please pay attention. A regulator regulates pressure in the system, from the fuel pump all the way to the tip of the injector. It does not matter where in the system the regulator is placed, it will equalize the pressure through the entire system. For those that think that you lean out the #4 injector by placing the regulator before the rail, you do not understand how pressure works. Please, if you do not understand how this works, we ask that you refrain from bashing our kit. We have sold many kits over the past 3 years with no problems whatsoever. Our kit works, and it works very well. And you do not have to use an aftermarket fuel rail with it, so it saves you some extra cash.

    Does this fuel system upgrade pass smog

      Smog testing, or CARB testing, for people only in California is very strict. Anything that can be seen by the carb tester, will be checked for Carb compliance, and if there is no CARB EO number, it will not pass. There are virtually no parts that are CARB compliant other than AEM intakes, so nothing visual will pass unless you get a tester that doesnt care, or check.

      Of course, you'd just need to install the AEM pressure sensor into the mounting location of the pressure regulator included in the return line kit.

    Would the Walbro 255 lph high flow pump work with this kit

      Definitely. The Walbro 255lph pump works great in Neon SRT-4's all the way up until mid to high 400 horsepower at the wheels. Once you go above that, you need more specialized inline fuel pump setups.

      The stock fuel rail is perfect. No reason to change the fuel rail, at least under 500-600hp. Anyone that has changed their fuel rail is doing it most likely for looks/appearance.

    Will this kit be what I'm looking for to install a slightly bigger turbo? I know I need bigger injectors just not sure if I should go ahead and get the kit and save time later or not

      In order for a larger turbo to make proper power, you need additional fueling. You can accomplish that with this return line kit and larger injectors, or you can use the Diablosport tuner and larger injectors. You choose, the Diablosport allows for finer control, but this return line kit allows you to tune the fueling needs yourself.
