Mopar discontinued this part mid 2021, no more left.

These direct bolt in pieces feature a higher durometer bushing material designed for heavy duty and competition use.

Provides improved toe stability (reduced bump steer) which virtually eliminates wheel hop under heavy braking, also provides more positive suspension control for improved driver feedback and dynamic stability. These will fit 2000-2005 Non SRT Neons as well.

Are the rear tension strut rods for the 00-05 Neon offset to allow for a wider wheel?

  These are identical to the factory tension strut kits, except the bushings used are a more firmer material.

  Nope! The photo of this item shows exactly everything that comes with this rear tension strut kit and those bushings are not included. You could get a suspension bushing kit that would include that bushing though.
