The master cylinder has a flat rod that goes into the pivot arm, and the flat rod goes horizontally into the pivot arm. Then, the angle of the master cylinder rod and clutch pedal pivot are angled downards, and it has a tendency to break the master cylinder rod, especially if the master cylinder rod is extended all the way out of the pivot arm.
