These do three things for you:

These allow you to leave your windows open for ventilation when your car is parked so it stays cooler. This way your car doesn't heat up like a sealed oven.
These allow you to drive with your windows slightly cracked for fresh air/circulation.
Lastly, these look great on your Caliber!

These visors go in the actual window channel allowing a nice and clean install! These are not the type of window visors that mount on the door frame and have a bubble type look. No tools needed, simply roll your window down, insert into the window channel then roll your window up!

Can you see through these visors or are they like a smoked black?

  These are a smoke dark color that can be seen through and still let some light in.
