is this for all 3 mounts or just the front 1?

  The description says front engine mount, and it has a photo of a single front mount. Torque solution has never made other mounts for the Caliber, they have only made the front lower mount.

So I will need to buy quantity of two seeing that the price is only for individual pricing, am I correct? Also, If I'm upgrading to this I don't have to buy the MPX engine mount insert?

  There is only one front engine mount. So you only need one Torque Solution front mount for your Caliber. You can use the MPx inserts if you wish with this front mount, but you would only be able to use the driver and passenger side inserts from the MPx engine mount kit with this Torque Solution front mount.
