RTV is commonly used to seal:

Neon/Caliber Valve cover gasket to cylinder head near cam caps and magnet cap.

Caliber timing chain cover to block (both timing chain cover and block are aluminum, but Mopar still uses RTV)

Caliber oil pan to block (The Caliber has no oil pan gasket, its sealed with RTV
