      Can this be used with the throttle booster?

        The Pedal Commander is a throttle controller. The Sprint Booster and other throttle controllers are doing the same thing, just different styles of throttle controllers. You cannot use two simultaneously, there is no point in trying. Just choose one that you like, and use that one.

      Does this plug into the obd port or is wiring required?

        The Pedal Commander does not plug into the OBD2 port, it plugs into the drive by wire gas pedal. You simply unplug the wiring and plug from the gas pedal, plug the connector and wiring from the Pedal Commander into the pedal, and then plug the OEM wiring and connector into the Pedal commander wiring. The Pedal Commander then intercepts the signal, modifies the signal to the computer and changes the gas pedal response.
