Is this the connector that came with the stage 2 turbo toys wiring to wire into the pcm?

  The purpose of this connector, is to either a) block off the connector if you do not have turbo toys with stage 2 or 3 from Mopar, or b) allows you to wire in the toys feature into your wiring harness/pcm.
