Is it a good idea to replace these if I'm about to install new coilovers?

  Coilovers for the most part are ready to install. BC, Megan, etc, all can be taken out of the box and installed out of the box with no other parts. The only coilovers that need other parts, are the KW/ST coilovers which use the factory strut mounts. But even then, with the KW/ST coilovers you dont need spring isolators, you would only need the strut mount, as the KW come with new front rotator bearings.
