will an 02 camshaft sensor and magnet work on an 05 cylinder head

  This cam sensor will not work on the 03-05 Neons. This is due to Chrysler using a different type of computer controller after late 02 called the NGC, or next generation controller. The sensors are different for NGC and not interchangeable with earlier sensors.
