Model Number: 601608-MOPAR

The Mopar ELECTRIC Oil Pressure gauge is made in America by AutoMeter and is a 2-1/16" size gauge that fits in most gauge mounting pods.

This type of Electric oil pressure gauge is the type we recommend using for IN CABIN use because it has a oil pressure sensor that mounts onto your oil source, and converts the pressure into an electrical signal. Therefore, this type of gauge is FAR safer to use in cabin compared to the typical oil pressure gauge.

This gauge displays 0-100 psi and is available with a black or white face.

Comes with oil pressure sending unit shown in the second and third photos. Screw the sending unit into your pressure source, run power wire from the sending unit to the gauge, connect the gauge to switched power source and you can now monitor oil pressure!

What is the expected input voltage range this gauge takes from the sensor? 0-5 volts or other?

Do I need to get any other accesories to install the gauge ?

Yes, you will need to find a way to install the pressure sensor. You could find a way to mount it to the head, but most people will take a brass y fitting (we do not sell this) and split the port from the oil pressure sending unit so that this pressure sensor and the oem unit can feed off of the one port. Then you'll need wiring to go between the sensor and the gauge, and wiring for the gauge to light up.

These gauges will not work on older vehicles from a 12v source ?

This gauge uses 12v, but the sensor is a 0-5 volt sensor. Dont get too concerned over this, you run 12v to the gauge, and it steps down the voltage internally for the sensor.

Does this gauge come with all wiring and sensor that is needed? Also what are the lengths of said wires?

    • Customer Service Rep

This gauge comes exactly as shown in the second and third photo. It comes with the pressure sensor, gauge, and gauge retaining nuts. There is no wiring between the gauge and sensor in this kit. You simply run a single wire from your sensor on the block to the gauge. The gauge has two connections other than the sensor input - switched power, and ground.
