      I have this tuner (50 state)for my srt4. But it only has a 91 tune or modify stock tune (which is very limited with what I can change). Is this correct? Or should it have 93 as well.

        This model of Intune 3 is designed specifically for use in California. So if you are in California, yes, it will have limited options and it will not allow for custom tuning.

      Would this work with a mopar stage 1 set up on a 2003 PT Cruiser GT or do I need to install the factory computer?

        This computer will work with your factory pcm and whatever tune is on it. If your car has a factory tune on it, or any other tune, this will take the old tune, and save it in memory, and then install the new fresh performance flash.
