This dash pad is custom cut and molded to fit the 95-99 Neon dash perfectly, and is held in place with velcro so that it wont be sliding around, but yet you can remove it if needed.
Holes are cut for all defrost vents and AC vents, and flaps are made with the cover so it will not affect the airbag operation.
The before and after photos were taken on one of our MP employees Neons, so you can see exactly what it looks like. We are not providing generic photos of the covers like most other sellers of dash covers!
