The Power Steering belt/Air Conditioning belt are tensioned with an automatic tensioner and pulley. Over time, if the tensioner/pulley goes bad, you'll have issues with belts flying off, and not staying tensioned.
If the pulley is worn, or has bad bearings, then this is exactly what you need. If you have a tensioner that has gone bad, then you should order the whole tensioner and pulley assembly (see our other listing, search for 220243-TENSIONER in the search bar ).
