MPx 3.0" High Flow Cat Downpipe With Heatshield Brackets, 2013-2016 Dart 1.4L / 2012-17 Fiat 500 Turbo/2015-19 Renegade 1.4L

The 1.4 Turbo engine in the Dart and Fiat 500 has a downpipe with a large brick catalytic converter. This catalytic converter reduces the performance of the 1.4 by acting like a huge muffler. You could remove the catalytic converter, but that's illegal, and you wont pass emissions testing.

So what we have done so you can still be legal, and still gain power over the OEM downpipe, is made a stainless steel 3.00 inch downpipe with high flow 200 cell catalytic converter. We also installed a second o2 sensor bung for those of you that want to install a air fuel gauge. This downpipe also has brackets welded onto it so you can reuse your OEM heatshields with it.

This bolts onto the B pipe that runs under the engine, and bolts onto the turbo with your OEM v band clamp.

Please note: the ECU in the 1.4 Turbo cars is very sensitive, and you'll get a check engine light with any sort of change to the cat. This downpipe is not excluded. If you use this high flow cat downpipe with a stock ECU tune, you'll get a check engine light. The only way to not have a check engine light is if you have a performance ECU flash on your computer that is not so sensitive to downpipe changes. Defoulers will not make a difference, you'll still get a check engine light.
