If you are looking to lower your 2003-2005 Neon SRT-4 or 2000-2005 Neon more than two inches and want BC coilovers, this is the kit to get. When you lower your Neon more than 2 inches, the rear wheels will camber in, and these coilovers have camber plates built in to allow for more camber adjustment to correct the negative rear camber. If you are not looking to lower your Neon more than 2 inches, then you can get the standard kit without the rear camber plates.

The BC Racing BR Series offers the most affordable entry into coilover suspension without sacrificing performance, comfort, build quality, vehicle height, or handling. This is done by extensively testing each vehicle then refining the coilover characteristics as many times as needed to ensure the most well-balanced and affordable aftermarket suspension conceivable.

  • Mono-Tube shock design

  • Includes front pillow ball mounts for improved handling and less suspension flexing around corners
  • 1-Year warranty against manufacturers defect
  • Fully Rebuildable
  • 360 ft lb front springs, 240 ft lb rear springs for a more sporty ride, but not too harsh
  • There are two very important things to consider when purchasing coilovers. Do not just judge a coilover by its price point, you need to 1) evaluate the spring rates to make sure the suspension wont be too harsh. If you have some cheap Ebay coilovers with 500-600 ft lb spring rates, your car will be banging and bouncing all over the ride. These BC coilovers have a reasonable 360 ft lb front and 240 ft lb rear. Also very important to consider is 2) Whether or not the company that made your coilovers can support you after the sale. Many cheap coilover companies have no offices or locations in the USA, and have no spare parts in the USA. So if you get into an accident and damage your coilover, or hit a pothole and blow a strut, you need replacement parts fast. BC Racing North America is in Florida and stocks a wide range of replacement parts for you. So your car isnt going to be down and off the road for months while you wait for replacement parts!

Just purchase this, how low will the car be if just installed and nothing touched
      1 Answer
      • customer service rep

No one in the history of coilovers has ever installed a set of coilovers and left it there. You should take measurements of gap on all corners, install coilovers, then adjust, and measure again. Keep adjusting until you get the height you desire.

      1 Answer
      • Customer Service Rep

The lower collars are slotted for an additional 3 degrees of camber, and the top camber plates are slotted for an additional 5-7 degrees of camber adjustment.

Bought these and attempted installment on my ACR. Stock rear swaybar doesn't fit with them!
Do I need to purchase an aftermarket adjustable rear swaybar to get these buggers in?
      1 Answer
      • Customer Service Rep

The stock swaybars will work with BC coilovers. If you cannot get them to bolt together, its because the car is in the air, and the suspension is unloaded. Try to install the swaybars when the wheel is compressed, or on the ground and you'll be fine.
    • Matthew Lewis
So are these inverted or the next one up?
      1 Answer
      • Customer Service Rep

These are not inverted. The inverted coilovers for track use are whats called the RM series.
    • Preston Prieto
Would it be smart to get the shorter rear endlink set along with these?
      1 Answer
      • Customer Service Rep

Yes, that is a good idea. Any time you want to lower your Neon, you should get shorter rear endlinks. If you lower your Neon and have the factory endlinks, your swaybars will be twisted downwards when you lower your car, and so its best to get the shorter Prothane ones we offer.
