ARP Extended Rear Wheel Studs, 95-05 Neon/NSRT/01-10 PT Cruiser

We now carry ARP Extended REAR Wheel Studs for the 95-05 Neon (incl. SRT-4) and 01-10 PT Cruiser (incl. GT). They have a tensile strength of 190,000 psi and are able to easily handle loads (shear) and lateral forces (elongation) found in racing. This listing is for a set of 5 pieces (enough for one wheel).

These studs are about 10mm longer than standard wheel studs, so you will have to use open end lug nuts with them. These use the same thread pitch as the factory studs, which is M12x1.5. These will not work with closed end lug nuts, or factory lug nuts. If you need front wheel studs, please see our other listing for the front wheel studs as these will not work in the front hubs.

Please note: These were originally designed for a Lexus back in the early 2000's, and so once you receive them the package will say Lexus, however, they are the exact spec we need for the 95-05 Neon/SRT-4 and PT/GT Cruisers.

Note: The wheel studs must be installed with a press with the hub removed from the car. We have had customers try to use their lug nuts to pull the stud through by torquing down their lug nuts. This will not work with these studs, just do it right and remove the hub, and press the studs in.

NOTE2: If you have aftermarket wheel hubs on your car, these studs may not fit. This is because the aftermarket wheel hubs dont use OEM spec studs. They frequently use smaller knurl studs. They have the same thread pitch studs, but they are smaller in size where they push through the hub. Therefore, if you try to press these in, and you find the studs are too large, its because you have aftermarket hubs, and you need to drill the hubs out larger so that these studs can be pressed in.
