Vibrant 2.25, 2.5 and 3 inch resonators. These are approximately 14 inches long and are used to reduce sound levels by about 5-10%.

If you have a really loud car and need more noise suppression, you should consider the ultra quiet resonator we have for more noise suppression, or a larger muffler altogether.

I was interest in about how many db it would lower a 3 inch exhaust?

  This will lessen the sound output by about 5-8%. If you need more of a sound reduction you should look at the Ultra Quiet resonator we have which has more muffler packing, or look at a full blown muffler.

Hello I have an 01 R/T with srt4 2.5 borla exhaust. Will this lower the sound much? The exhaust does have a vibrant high flow cat welded in. I don't want to reduce the sound but cops won't leave it alone.

  The resonator will help reduce raspiness of the exhaust sound. You really should use more of a muffler though, the ultra quiet resonator is more of a muffler, and can reduce the sound by about 10%. Please search for the ultra quiet in our search bar on the website.

Hey there. Do all of sizes (2,25 to 3) fit to Caliber SRT4? And which one is the best for more power? Thanks!

  The Caliber SRT-4 uses 3 inch piping on the B pipe, (Which is where you have room to install this resonator). Its straight through, so there is minimal to no difference in power when installing one of these.
