This strut bar will help strengthen, and solidify the front suspension and chassis. This will help with cornering, and stability.

This bar is American made, welded solid, and is powder coated for a durable, strong finish that looks great, and is scratch resistant.

Installation is easy! Just undo four nuts, set this on the strut mounts, then tighten the nuts back down on the strut mount. Your wheel alignment will not be affected by installation of this.

This strut bar has a notch on the underside for extra clearance to fit all air intakes made for the Neon SRT-4. We have not heard of any air intake having any fitment issues with this strut bar.

  No, this item is powdercoated from the factory in the Mopar steel gray color and is not available in any other color.

  Yes, it fits fine. Mopar would not have designed a strut bar that wouldn't fit with a stock hood.

I know, I know...probably wishful thinking...but...would this fit a 2005 PT Cruiser convertible (HO Turbo)? If..? not lol...do you guys have one that would?

  This strut bar will not fit the 2.4 Turbo PT Cruiser due to the intake manifold wrapping over top of the valve cover, occupying the same area as where the strut bar would normally sit. We do not know of any other strut bars available for the 2.4 Turbo PT.

Will it fit a neon with aftermarket suspension

  This will fit every 2000-2005 Neon and 2003-2005 SRT-4 ever made, with any suspension made for the 2000-2005 Neon/SRT-4. The only reason this would not fit, is if for some weird reason you modified the strut towers, or changed the bolt pattern for the strut tower bolt holes. But we cant think of any reason why anyone would ever do that.

If I remove this strut bar to give me more place to work on the engine, will it affect the alignment of the front wheels ?

  To make changes to your alignment you typically loosen the bolts on the knuckles. So, by loosening the top bolts for the strut assemblies to the strut mounts, you could make some minute changes, but if the car is sitting on the ground, and the lower knuckle bolts are not loosened, its probably not going to happen in the first place.

Will this fit a 2005 SRT-4 with a mopar cold air intake? Asking because the intake tube looks like it interferes with the fitment of the strut bar. Thanks

  Yes of course. If you look at the photos, you will see this strut bar installed with the Mopar air intake. It cannot be seen, but there is a notch pressed into the strut bar on the bottom of this strut bar to give clearance for intakes. We have NOT had a single air intake not work with this strut bar.
