    Even though these are factory replacement are they considered softer than other so called factory mounts, in terms of vibrations.

      These are the exact same piece as what your car cam with from the factory so there is no change in terms of rubber material/vibrations.

    Does the mount come with the anchor bracket to the motor or is it just the motor mount?

      The anchor that attaches to the strut mount is not included. Generally that never needs to be replaced.
