ORIGINAL TEXT: This is a genuine Mopar OEM Rear Bumper for the 03-05 Neon SRT-4. This bumper can also be used on the non-turbo 00-05 Neon with 03-05 taillight's. It comes ready to prime and paint, and there is no hardware included.
