      This product is listed under the 1gn (95-99 Neon) but the product description lists 03-05 Srt4, 01-10 Pt Cruiser and the 03-07 Gt Cruiser. Would this product fit my 98 Neon?

        The rear pads from the first gen Neon also fit the second gen and PT cruiser. So, yes, it will definitely fit your first gen 95-99 Neon.

        Most of the cross drilled rotors we have seen have chamfered holes, so they are not sharp, and should not cause more wear. The main purpose of the drilled holes is to channel air to the brake pad to cool it faster.
