  No, these use supplied double sided tape to adhere onto the factory C pillars.

  AT MP, we take all of our own photos and write our own descriptions, so when we have a photo of two (left and right) it means a pair. When we write COVER(s) instead of COVER, it means a pair. =)

Is there any surface prep needed for best adhesion, since the mounting surface has a texture?

  Yes, its best to wash any part you are about to install a CF part to, then use a good paint cleaner compound, and then install.
