Wilwood has created a larger front disc brake set that will dramatically cut down on brake fade, and will  shorten your cars braking distance. Plus, these brake kits just look SO good ! Wilwood’s big brake kits start off with a 12 inch vented rotor, with a special hat that mates to it to make it a direct fit for your car. Then, they take their FOUR piston caliper, huge vented rotors, stainless steel brake lines and their specially formulated brake pads to make your car stop better, but also look awesome ! The nice thing about these kits is that they are meant to be a complete, direct bolt on kit and are priced FAR below other big brake kits !   These big brake kits are offered with some options. First, you can get a cross drilled and slotted rotor, secondly you can choose either a red, or a black caliper.   Wilwood only offers a front rotor big brake kit, and because over 70% of the braking is done by the front rotors, they don’t plan on offering a rear rotor kit as it wouldn’t be cost effective. If youd like a aftermarket styled rotor, we offer cross drilled and slotted rotors for the rear of the SRT-4, PT Cruiser .   (These kits are designed to fit behind stock wheels, and wheels that have at least a 1.12 inch clearance between the wheel mounting face offset and the spokes of the wheel. This way it will clear the caliper.
