TTi headers have proven to increase horsepower and torque, plus increases passing power!

Heavy-duty materials are used to construct headers for the ultimate in durability and longevity.

Systems are mandrel bent on sophisticated computer controlled bending machines for precise fit and uninterrupted exhaust flow. The mandrel bending process maintains a constant inside diameter of the tube for a smoother finish with no restriction of flow and no crimping of the tubes

  • 1-5/8" O.D. tubes with 2-1/2" 3-bolt collectors.
  • Collectors have built-in O2 sensor bungs, ready to accept sensing equipment
  • One piece header tubes, no slip tubes
  • Constructed of 16 gauge mild steel tubing
  • 3/8" thick laser-cut header & collector flanges, contoured for a leak free fit
  • Header set includes (1) header gasket and a 2.5" ball & socket style exhaust system adapter w/ hardware.

This header is designed for the SOHC engine and with it's large primaries, it will also work well with the SOHC Magnum head!

Header Coating Options There are two finishes available:

  • Nickel Chrome Plated "outside only" - A bright and shiny decorative chrome finish. On our test car this has coating has held up well.
  • Ceramic Coated with Thermal Barrier - A silver matte finish applied to the exterior steel surface to protect against rust and corrosion, extending part life. Another ceramic coating is applied on the inside of the header runners. Withstands temperatures up to 1200deg F, reduces underhood temperatures and will not discolor or blue under normal conditions.

Note: This sleeved pipe meant to work with stock exhaust piping but will weld up to any other aftermarket piping if needed. This unit is also meant to eliminate the stock catalytic converter.

    I baught this header with thermal coating last summer.
    Is it normal that it start to rust after a half salty winter?
    Technical its a master piece!

      You might see some light surface rust, but for the most part it should be in good condition.

    I recently purchased the TTi LT Header for SOHC and added the ceramic coating option. HWhat type of steel is the header made from?

      The TTI header is made out of mild steel.

    Since this gets rid of the cat even though it has the holes for the 2 sensors will this make my engine light turn on!?

      If you have a stock pcm, then yes your check engine light on. If you have an aftermarket pcm, Mopar, AFX, Syked then you shouldnt have a check engine light by removing the catalytic convertor for race use. If you do get a check engine light you can prevent it by using a defouler that we sell. It screws into the oxygen sensor port and pulls the sensor further out of the exhaust stream, making the pcm happier.

    Wanted to know if the exhaust ports on the header will match up with the ones on a magnum head as the ports are bigger on the head. Thanks

      Yes, the TTI header will work great with the Magnum head as the TTI header ports are larger than the Magnum head. OF course it works great with standard 2.0 sohc engines as well.

      This really depends on what modifications you have. If your Neon is stock, you'd see about 5-7 peak horsepower, and at maximum redline it could be a difference of 15 horsepower because the factory horsepower falls off after 4500-5000 rpm. If you have a really modified Neon, you'll see even more.
