    will these rotors stay black? is the black a special coating?

      Yes, these are coated with a high temperature paint.

    Will these still stay black even where the pads contact the rotor? Cause I know most colored rotors do not stay that color where the pads touch. It will wear down the color and become silver. But where the pads don't touch thats where the color stays. So will the black color still be there even at the areas where the brake pads contact?

      Correct, the black color will wear away where the brake pads contact. The black coloring will stay on the ends of the rotors and on the hat/center area.

    Will it be possible to get these without the drills? Just slotted?

      The Wilwood kit is only offered with smooth rotors, or drilled and slotted rotors. There is no slotted rotor offering.
