If you want more horsepower, and a more consistent fuel delivery, then this is the part you need. The Walbro 255 liter per hour pump can pump serious volumes of fuel, and unlike the OEM pump, it can sustain high volume and not taper off!

There are lots of knockoff fuel pumps out there and this is not a part that is worth it to be cheap with. First off its a good amount of work to replace the fuel pump, so if your Ebay knockoff pump dies you will be pulling it out again to replace it. Or if your Chinese knockoff doesnt supply enough fuel, then you'll lose power. Is that worth it, to save $30-$50? Definitely not. This is the COMPLETE fuel pump, with install kit from Walbro.

This kit is the complete Walbro high pressure fuel pump thats rated at 255 liters per hour, and it's the in tank style module. It's a COMPLETE kit, and is made by Walbro, and is a legitimate, NOT A KNOCKOFF Walbro fuel pump.

In addition to the fuel pump, the Walbro high pressure fuel pump comes with the following:

Fuel pickup filter

Fuel pump dissasembly tool

Note: These will come packaged in TI Automotive boxes. TI Automotive is the parent company of Walbro and for some odd reason they decided to start labeling the boxes as TI Automotive. These are still 100% legitimate Walbro pumps, sourced through direct channels.

Does this Fuel Pump include the sending unit, or will i have to get one seperately? If it does, is it a complete install kit?

  Yes. Works perfectly in the stock and stage 3 fuel pump canister. You'll need the entire housing and this will replace the pump and some gaskets.

  The pump is not rated in psi, it's rated in LPH or liters per hour. Typically the psi rating is set by your factory fuel pressure regulator, or if you ave an after market fuel system, your fuel regulator. This pum wont ave a problem going up to 100 psi though.

How much power can you make with this kit on a big turbo kit, with stage 2 injectors and stock frp, should i also get the return line and frp or can i make about 380 the way i am?

  This pump can easily support big power. The problem with this is that its not a fuel tuning device. You'd need either a return line, or a Diablosport/SCT tune to control the fuel needs of your car as you cant just use injectors and a pump with a big turbo.

  Yes, you can use this fuel pump with no problem. But you might want to have a fuel pressure regualtor to monitor the fuel since this is a high flow fuel pump.

  Normally people will use a return line after they have gone above 400 wheel hp, or just want better control of their fueling needs.

  Yes, this fuel pump works in all 95-05 Neons. The fuel pump assembly may slightly differ, however the pump, and associated parts are the same.

Do you need a rewire kit to install this? I bought this kit and was told i need to do reqire but dont see that you sell it.

  This is a direct replacement for the factory pump. Nothing else is needed. If you want to do a rewire at time of installation you can do that, but its not required.

  Yes of course. This will work with the stock regulator perfectly. We have even had customers eliminate the stock fuel pressure regulator with this pump. So, it will work regardless of what regulator (or lack of) you have.

  There will be no difference in power if thats what you are asking, but it wouldnt hurt to replace your old fuel pump with a new one while you are doing other fuel work.

  This Walbro is designed for the Neon and Neon SRT-4, it will not work with the Caliber SRT-4.

  No, there is no problem installing this as a replacement fuel pump. It works fantastic for bone stock SRT-4's, or SRT-4's with 450 wheel horsepower and everything in between.

I have a Stage 3. How can I determine if the stock fuel pump is failing? Is this a direct replacement for the stage 3 fuel pump? Do I need anything else?

  Most people find out their fuel pump is dying when the under boost performance is suffering, or they are not making as much power as they used to make. The proper way to test and see if a fuel pump is going bad, is to hook up a fuel pressure gauge to the fuel rail and monitor the pressure. For 95-01 the stock fuel pressure is 48 psi, and the 02-05 Neon and SRT-4 is 58 psi. If your fuel pump is failing you might see the pressure drop at mid to high rpms.

  The item you are seeing on the end of the canister is the fuel pressure regulator, that is not a filter.

  This fuel pump can easily support up to 400-450 wheel horsepower. So, yes you'll be fine.

  This kit comes exactly as shown in the photos. Pump, Seal, Pickup filter. If you are talking about the Kinnettic fuel pump rewire kit, those are sold separately.
