The only review isn't the greatest. I would enjoy the look of having some carbon fiber on my exterior but if the fitment isn't to OEM I don't want to ditch out over $100 for something that isn't going to fit.

What's the verdict on these? Are they good? If I buy them and they don't fit, could I get a refund?

  Almost no aftermarket part is to OEM standards, and therefore you shouldnt buy any aftermarket carbon fiber parts if you set your standard that high. But if you would like to have some carbon fiber parts for your Neon SRT4 and you want a decent quality, good looking piece then this is for you!

Do these tape on top of the existing ones? Or do the oem ones come off and then get reolaced?
