Do i need to buy the WALBRO 450LPH WIRE AND FILTER KIT to run this pump on a Caliber srt

  Yes. The Walbro 450lph does not come with any wiring, so it must be purchased at the same time as the fuel pump.

  This is not a direct fit into the OEM canister, but you can cut and modify the oem canister to fit this into the OEM canister.

  This pump can easily support 700 horsepower and is way overkill for anything under about 500 hp.

So am I able to run regular 91 octane fuel as well as E85?

  Correct. 87,89,91,93,100 octane or even E85. Whatever you have, no problem this can handle it.
